*SHIPPING POLICY*
Our shipping costs (which you will see during the purchase process and in your confirmation) are as follows:
We offer free shipping on all orders over 80 EUR (inside EU).
We ship worldwide.

Germany/Spain: € 5,00 (estimated shipping time 3-5 working days shipped by DHL)
Rest of Europe: € 10,00 (estimated shipping time 5-7 working days shipped by FedEx)
North America: € 25,00
Rest of the world: € 35,00
For NON EU shipments, MIMA will not bear the costs of taxes and customs duties specific to each country, which will be paid by the buyer.
Delivery takes place within the delivery deadline given on the relevant page in regards to the address to which the product is to be delivered. Our products are delivered by DHL or DHL Express to German addresses, and FedEx to all other addresses.
Regarding prepayment the deadline given for delivery begins the day the full price is paid (including VAT and shipping costs), when paying via PayPal it begins as soon as receipt of payment has taken place, with credit card payments the deadline begins with the confirmation of order.
You will receive your order, as far as possible, in one shipment. Should it be necessary, due to technical or logistical reasons, to send your order in more than one shipment, no extra cost will accrue.
*RETURN POLICY*
You can return any garment purchased at MIMA within 14 days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us an email to info@mimathelabel.com clearly indicating that you want to return the purchase of a specific item and we will provide you with information on how to proceed.
We will refund all payments received (except for the shipping cost) in a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision, by the same method by which you have made the payment to us.
We will not accept returns of garments that have been washed and/or used in any way, or manipulated beyond a mere verification.
In case of return by mistake or because you simply don’t like it, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. MIMA is in no case responsible for the product you return if it is lost in shipping or damaged during it.
If by mistake we send you a product other than the one you requested, or the garments we send you are damaged, follow the steps above and we will send you the correct product at no additional cost. In these cases, MIMA will bear the return shipping costs.
If you ordered the wrong size, you will have to return the order by the procedure indicated, and order a new one.
